  • Strengths and weaknesses

  • Where do you see yourself in 3–5 years?

  1. Prepare for technical evaluation Review fundamentals and practice explaining your thinking.

  2. Prepare questions for the interviewer

  • What does a typical day look like?

  • What are the next hiring steps?

  1. Handle logistics

  • Updated resume (multiple copies)

  • Confirm time and format (online / onsite)

  1. Send a follow-up A short thank-you message after the interview increases your chances.
